Providence Mother and Baby Clinics is seeking a part-time Lactation Consultant who is either a Family Nurse Practitioner (strongly preferred) or Certified Nurse Midwife to join a well-established and collaborative practice. This position will be primarily based at Providence Portland Medical Center, with additional coverage provided across Portland metro area clinics, offering variety and connection to a broader patient population.

Position Highlights:
- Part-time, 0.6 FTE at 3-days per week
- Every 3rd weekend (2-weekends off/1-weekend on)
- No call required, no after-hours beyond 6:00pm
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Open to new graduate Family Nurse Practitioner (strongly preferred) or Certified Nurse Midwifes with previous postpartum, or pediatric RN experience
- FNP or CNM License, DEA licensure, PEARS certification
- IBCLC certification to be obtained within 12-months of hire with financial assistance from Providence
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary and annual value-based incentive
- Starting bonus and up to $15,000 relocation assistance
