Role Overview
  • Location: Oxford, NY
  • Part-time 2 day/week schedule Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Post-acute care inpatient setting

What You'll Do
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop personalized care plans
  • Integrate and work closely with the IDT
  • Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth physician

What we are Looking for
  • Experienced clinicians
  • FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
  • Active New York NP/PA license
  • Active DEA 

Compensation
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $49,096 to $58,917 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.
