Role Overview- Location: Oxford, NY
- Part-time 2 day/week schedule Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Post-acute care inpatient setting
What You'll Do- Deliver comprehensive primary care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized care plans
- Integrate and work closely with the IDT
- Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth physician
What we are Looking for- Experienced clinicians
- FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
- Active New York NP/PA license
- Active DEA
CompensationOur compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $49,096 to $58,917 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.
