Swedish is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to join a dedicated and collegial team of 3 other physicians at its Issaquah, Washington campus. This role involves diagnosing and managing a variety of hormone-related disorders, including diabetes and adrenal diseases, while serving a medically diverse patient population. This is an excellent opportunity to provide compassionate care in a collaborative environment. This position is based in Issaquah, Washington, a vibrant community located just 20 minutes east of Seattle. The area offers a mix of urban amenities and natural beauty, making it an ideal place to live and work. Position Details:
- Full-time position; Monday to Friday schedule
- 1:8 call schedule from home, with a low volume of calls.
- Diagnose and treat hormonal imbalances and disorders, including diabetes and adrenal diseases
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Interpret laboratory tests and imaging results related to endocrine function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Educate patients on their conditions and necessary lifestyle changes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation is between $228,744 and $321,905 per year
- Potential for productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and CME benefits The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them Qualifications & Requirements:
- Stay updated with advancements in endocrinology to provide the best care
- Be Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Endocrinology
