Responsibilities
A hospital in southeastern Pennsylvania has an opportunity for a Teleradiologist to assist their team long-term.
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, specific dates
Setting: Remote
Case Volume: At least 60 RVUs per shift
General diagnostic cases
EMR: Epic
PACS: Mckesson
Dictation: Powerscribe
Workstation provided
Must be board-certified
Provide clear and concise radiology interpretations for a variety of general cases.
Collaborate with a dedicated team of clinicians to ensure every patient gets top-notch care.
Use your expertise to troubleshoot and manage imaging nuances, keeping everything running smoothly.

Qualifications
Possess a strong background in general radiology, ensuring accurate and reliable interpretations.
Expert in using cutting-edge teleradiology platforms to deliver timely results.
Familiar with Southeastern PA’s healthcare landscape and local clinical expectations.
Committed to clear communication and collaboration with both local teams and remote partners.
Highly adaptable to diverse case mixes, from routine imaging to more complex diagnostics.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Active unencumbered MD or DO Pennsylvania state license
Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
One year of work experience as a Radiologist
One year of EMR experience
Board Certified
Possession of board certification or equivalent credentials in radiology.
Demonstrated proficiency in teleradiology practices during evening shifts.
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Comprehensive understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and quality assurance standards.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to delivering timely and accurate radiological interpretations.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, technology-driven work environment in Western New York.
Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
