Responsibilities

An opportunity for a skilled Teleradiologist to join a reputable group 30 minutes outside of Dallas, Texas.

Join a dynamic, fast-paced team based just outside of vibrant downtown Dallas and earn excellent benefits, including a competitive salary based on experience, a sign-on bonus, and up to 10 weeks of PTO.

Position Overview:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday swing shifts, 3p-11p

  • Call Requirement: No call for employees, 12 weekends per year for partners

  • Setting: 100% remote

  • Daily Volume: 80-90 RVUs per shift

  • Cases: Primarily body/emergency room reads

  • Workstation provided

  • EMR: Epic

  • Must be board-certified

  • 2-year partnership track, no buy-in

  • Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary based on experience, plus RVUs

  • Sign-on bonus

  • 8 weeks PTO for employees, 9-10 weeks PTO for partners

  • Provide expert teleradiology consultations that ensure quick and accurate interpretations.

  • Collaborate closely with a supportive team of radiologists and clinicians to enhance patient care.

Qualifications
  • Must be a board-certified radiologist with strong diagnostic skills and a friendly, team-based mindset.

  • Looking for someone who enjoys teleradiology and appreciates the flexibility of remote work near Dallas.

  • Strong comfort with digital imaging and electronic health records is essential for smooth daily operations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and on the phone, are key to building great partnerships.

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced clinical setting and adaptability to new technologies is highly valued.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

  • National Institutes of Health (NIH)

  • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

  • Active unencumbered MD or DO Texas state license

  • Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program

  • One year of work experience as a Radiologist

  • One year of EMR experience

  • Board Certified

  • Possession of board certification or equivalent credentials in radiology.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in teleradiology practices during evening shifts.

  • Comprehensive understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and quality assurance standards.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Commitment to delivering timely and accurate radiological interpretations.

  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, technology-driven work environment in Western New York.

  • Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.

  • Participates in relevant continuing education programs.

  • Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.

  • Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.

  • A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.

  • Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
