Exciting NEW ED opportunity for a Full-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work dedicated nights and join this incredible ED team and work in beautiful southern California at Palmdale Regional Medical Center located in Palmdale, CA. Palmdale Regional Medical Center is part of the new Southwest Healthcare system which is comprised of 5 acute care hospitals.
Position Profile:
- 35 bed ED and 8 bed Fast Track
- 70,000 annual ED volume
- 70 hours of physician coverage daily
- APP coverage daily (12 hour shifts)
- Cerner EMR
We offer a competitive compensation package starting with a minimum annual salary of $130,000 to a maximum of $150,000. In addition, we offer a monthly travel stipend, annual CME, a comprehensive benefits package, matching 401k, professional liability insurance, and an annual retention stipend! Qualifications: 2+ years ED experience required and experience working nights(preferred) as an NP/PA. CA License Preferred or in process. Note: Not accepting New Grads at this time.
About Facility : Palmdale Regional Medical Center, part of the new Southwest Healthcare, a comprehensive network of care with convenient hospital and ambulatory locations is a 186-bed facility whose major services include Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Nuclear Medicine, Occupational Therapy, Pathology, Physical Therapy, Radiology, Respiratory Services, Surgery(including Robotics), and Wound Care. Its state-of-the-art Cardiac Center includes two cardiac catheterization labs and a cardiac suite in the operating room. The Cardiac Center provides comprehensive testing, diagnostic and interventional care for patients with cardiovascular disease. Palmdale Regional is also an Advanced Primary Stroke Center which offers high quality care and a wide range of medical services for people who have a stroke, including therapy, cardiac care, surgery, and many neurological services.
