TeamHealth is seeking an emergency medicine advanced practice clinician (APC), nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA), leader to join our team at Piedmont McDuffie. Candidates must have 3+ years of emergency medicine experience. Prior experience in leadership is preferred but not required. In addition to working full time clinical hours, the duties include: participation in departmental QA projects, scheduling all APCs, promoting TeamHealth Mission and Values, orientation and on-boarding of new clinicians, completion of annual evaluations, managing disciplinary and termination procedures as necessary, and monthly metric reporting.
