We are excited to announce an exciting leadership opportunity for a Lead APP (NP/PA) for the ED at Lakewood Regional Medical Center in Lakewood, CA in beautiful Orange County & at Los Alamitos Medical Center.

Position Profile:

• 14 Main ED beds plus a 6 bed Fast Track
• Annual volume of 40,000
• 41 hours of physician coverage
• Daily APP coverage with 12 hour shifts
• Cerner EMR
• Back-up includes 24-hour lab, radiology, CT, and MRI
• Qualifications: Must have experience in a leadership role working as an APP in the ED. Must have 3-5 years ED experience as NP/PA. CA License Preferred or in process.

We offer a competitive compensation package with a base pay of $93/hour plus a $10/hour RVU incentive plan, $20/hour night differential, & more! In addition, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical/dental/vision insurance, CME, matching 401k, & a retention stipend.

This is a 2 hospital system with Los Alamitos Medical Center. All Clinicians working in the ED at Lakewood also work in the ED at Los Alamitos.

Lakewood Regional Medical Center is a 172-bed acute-care facility serving Lakewood, California and is accredited by The Joint Commission. Lakewood is a primary stroke center and its major services include neurosurgery, orthopedics, cardiology, cardiac surgery, cardiac cath lab, medical surgery, heart center, X-Ray, Lab, MRI, and outpatient care.
