We are excited to announce a LEADERSHIP opportunity for a Lead APP(NP/PA) for the ED at Los Alamitos Medical Center in Los Alamitos, CA in beautiful Orange County!

Position Profile:

• 20 Main ED beds plus Fast Track beds
• Annual volume of 34,000
• 36 - 40 hours of physician coverage daily
• Daily APP coverage with 12 hour shifts
• Cerner EMR
• Back-up includes 24-hour lab, radiology, CT, and MRI

We offer a competitive compensation package with a base pay of $93/hour plus a $10/hour RVU incentive plan, $20/hour night differential, & more. In addition, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical/dental/vision insurance, CME, matching 401k, & a retention stipend.

Qualifications: Must have experience in a leadership role working as an APP in the ED. Must have 3-5 years ED experience as NP/PA. CA License Preferred or in process.

**This is a 2 hospital system with Lakewood Regional Medical Center. All Clinicians working in the ED at Los Alamitos also work in the ED at Lakewood.
