TeamHealth is seeking an emergency medicine advanced practice clinician leader to join our team in South Florida. Candidates must have 3+ years of emergency medicine experience and and strong interest in leadership. In addition to working full time clinical hours, the duties include: participation in departmental QA projects, scheduling all advanced practice clinicians (APC), promoting TeamHealth Mission and Values, orientation and on-boarding of new clinicians, completion of annual evaluations, managing disciplinary and termination procedures as necessary, and monthly metric reporting.
