Envision Physician Services is currently seeking a flexible qualified CRNA for a full-time opportunity at Delray Ambulatory Surgical & Laser Center in beautiful South Florida!

Several surgery centers are included for excellent schedule flexibility:

• Park Creek Surgery Center in Parkland, FL
• Weston Outpatient Surgery Center in Weston, FL
• Cypress Creek Outpatient Surgery Center in Ft. Lauderdale, FL
• Surgicare of Miramar in Miramar, FL
• Orthopedic Surgery Center of Palm Beach County in Boynton Beach, FL
• Delray Beach Ambulatory Surgical & Laser Center in Delray Beach, FL

Highlights of this opportunity include:

• Newly Increased Lucrative Compensation Model
• Up to $65K Start Date Bonus for APP’s
• Typical day is normally 7a-3/5p - no nights, no weekends, no call!
• Case types include General, Regional, Thoracic, ENT, Ortho & GI
• Must be able to go to a few different facilities based on need
