Envision Physician Services is currently seeking an experienced, FT dedicated OB CRNA to join the OB team at Flagler Hospital in beautiful St. Augustine. This is a salary, W-2 position based on 24 hour call shifts covering 48 hours (weekday) to 72 hours (weekend) at a time. Flagler Hospital is a 335 bed, acute care facility geared for growth and is consistently ranked among the top 5% of all hospitals in the nation for clinical excellence. This not-for-profit healthcare institution has been proudly serving St. Augustine and surrounding communities since its founding in 1889.

Highlights of this opportunity:
• Must be proficient with L&D epidural service and C-sections
• 3 CRNA team- On call for 7, 24s within an 11 day period and then off for a 10-day stretch
o Example: scheduled on call Mon ,Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun, Wed, Thu then off for 10 days
• Average 110 deliveries per month. No high risk
• Able to return home during shift as long as clinician lives within 20 minutes
• Option to pick up Main OR for additional pay if interested on days off
