- Cases include general, endo (2325), GI, GYN, minor cardiac (pacer/cardioversion), ortho, podiatry, urology (excludes kidney transplants), vascular, pediatric for dental and ENT (tubes) 6 months minimum age; no hearts or heads, no OB
