PhyMed Healthcare Group is looking to add CRNAs to our incredible teams at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana and DeKalb Hospital in Auburn, Indiana (approximately 20 miles north of Fort Wayne).

Lutheran Practice Information:

Lutheran Hospital is a Level 2 Trauma Center open to both new grads and experienced CRNAs! CRNA staff at Lutheran can do almost all case types (ortho, spine, endo, general, uro & gyne). Lutheran CRNAs also do their own blocks.

DeKalb Practice Information:

Open to both experienced and recent grads. CRNAs at DeKalb do not take calls! No weekends, no holidays, 8-hour workdays! DeKalb has 56 beds and is located just north of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Compensation and benefits:

• $175k - $190k base rate
• $20k sign on bonus with three-year commitment
• 401(k) options
• 6 weeks PTO
• Premium pay: $120/hr. for anything over 40 hours
• Relocation allowance
