PhyMed Healthcare Group is looking to add CRNAs at our incredible Terre Haute Regional Hospital in Terre Haute, IN.

** Hiring for both Day & Night shifts **

Practice Information:

Terre Haute is a level 3 Trauma Center with 230+ beds. An HCA facility that has about 8k cases per year. CRNAs are doing about 95% of their own cases (Physicians supervising cardiac and trauma cases).

Day shift CRNAs no calls

Night shift CRNAs: 3p – 7a M-F shift (3p – 11p working shift / 11p – 7a on-call)

Compensation and benefits:

DAYS:

• Salary: $200k
• $45k sign-on bonus!
• 6 weeks PTO
• 8% profit-sharing
• Premium pay for 40+ hours
• Relocation assistance

NIGHTS:

• $1,760 per shift + $125/hr. optional premium pay
• $45k sign-on bonus
• 26-week work schedule (1 week on / 1 week off)
