Seeking a full-time CRNA to work at Providence Centralia Hospital, a community hospital in Southwest Washington. In this role, you will work alongside a collegial group of four physicians, four CRNAs, and friendly staff members. • Highly competitive compensation packages ($210K-$230K)

• OR call is 1:8 and may be taken from home (very light call back)
• OB call is 1:8 and is in house
• Post-call day will generally be off
