Role Overview- Full-time (3.5-5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes the Gadsden, Alabama, area
Compensation and Benefits- Estimated compensation range of $51,756 - $61,208 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications- Active, unrestricted AL license as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- 6 months of experience needed as a psychotherapist
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
