TeamHealth is seeking a passionate and experienced licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed mental health counselor, or licensed clinical social worker to join our team and provide exceptional psychotherapy services.

About the Role

• Full-time 3.5 days per week (within Monday through Friday); no nights or weekends
• Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize your clinical expertise to create effective treatment plans
• Enjoy the satisfaction of making a positive impact on patients' lives

Qualifications
LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT independent practice licensure in the state of Alabama 
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability and desire to work autonomously
Passion for working with older adults

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $51,756 to $61,208 with no cap on productivity income potential.
