TeamHealth is seeking a passionate and experienced licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed clinical social worker, or licensed mental health counselor to join our team and provide exceptional psychotherapy services.

About the Role- 2 days per week
- No evenings or weekends work requirements
- Scheduling flexibility that supports a great work/life balance: ability to set your scheduling preference, i.e. morning start time and rounding day (between Monday and Friday), round and go environment, 48 hours allowed for chart completion
- Autonomous work environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting
- Utilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions

- Compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $30,346 to $36,415 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Paid professional liability insurance and tail coverage
Qualifications- LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Alabama
- Must be able to practice and bill independently without the need for completing supervisory hours
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for working with older adult populations
