Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to clients dealing with various mental health issues
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare and private insurance

Qualifications:

• Experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics, active older adults with developmental disabilities, and those in need of behavioral therapy 
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance 
• Master's Degree in Counseling or Psychotherapy
• Completion of state clinical counseling hours and able to provide counseling services without supervision. 
• Arkansas licensed professional counselor (LPC), or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated range of $28,000 (part-time) to $88,800 (full-time) annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
