About the Role- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a skilled nursing home setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation for 1 day a week is estimated salary range of $74,000 to $96,500 with no cap on productivity income potential.
Qualifications- LPC, LMFC, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW with independent license and minimum of 2-years experience
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for working with older adults
