About the Role- Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize your clinical expertise to create effective treatment plans

Qualifications- LPC, LCSW, or LMFT with Missouri license and ability to practice independently
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a licensed therapist with preference given to those with experience in LTC setting
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability and desire to work autonomously
- Passion for working with older adults

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $46,827 to $56,192 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
