We are seeking a compassionate integrated therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC or LMHC-A) to join our primary care team in Rocky Mount. In this role, you will provide rapid behavioral health assessments and brief interventions for patients during their primary care visits, supporting whole-person health in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Schedule:- Onsite clinical days: Monday to Thursday
- Admin/remote day: Friday
- No weekends or on-call
What You'll Do- Conduct brief, solution-focused assessments for patients referred by their PCP
- Deliver evidence-informed short-term interventions
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary primary care team
- Complete timely EHR documentation and coordinate care
Qualifications- Active license: LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
- LMHC-As are welcome to apply, supervision is available
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Experience providing therapy independently in a clinical setting
- Proficiency with EHR and knowledge of community resources
