clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview- Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Chattanooga, Copperhill, Dunlap, Monteagle, and Pittsburg, Tennessee
Compensation and Benefits- Estimated compensation range of $78,997 - $93,596 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications- Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as LPC, LMFT or LMHC license
- LCSW not considered at this time
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- 1 year of experience needed as a psychotherapist
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
