Role Overview- Full-time 3.5 days/week within Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Dublin and Galax, Virginia
Compensation and Benefits- Estimated compensation range of $40,000 - $60,000 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications- Active, unrestricted Virginia license as LPC or LMFT
- LCSW not considered at this time
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- Open to all levels of experience as a psychotherapist
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
