clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview- Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes: Huntington, Charleston, St. Albans, and Glasgow, West Virginia, and Morehead and Paintsville, Kentucky
Compensation and Benefits- Competitive Compensation, with an estimated range of $65,000 to $84,000 annually with no cap on productivity income.
- Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications- Active, unrestricted West Virginia independent LPC or LMFT license
- Active, unrestricted Kentucky independent LPCC/LCPC or LMFT license
- LCSW not considered at this time
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- New grads accepted
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
