Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a civilian MedicalTechnician/AssistantII at The Premier Army Clinic in Colorado Springs,CO.    This contract position offers:   - Competitive pay - Opportunity to serve military veterans and families - Evening hours 3:30pm to 10pm, no weekends   Job Requirements:   EDUCATION:   - Completion of high school with courses in general science, biology, psychology, and chemistry. -  Completion of a medical assisting program recognized and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) AND certified through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) for Certified Medical Assistants (CMA); or the American Medical Technologists (AMT) for Registered Medical Assistants (RMA); or the equivalent combinations of successfully completed post-high school education and experience validated by successful completion of the Basic Medical Technician Corpsman Training (BMTC) at Fort Sam Houston (or earlier equivalent) and Community College of Air Force (CCAF), Allied Health Sciences Degree). - BLS certification required   EXPERIENCE:    - Must have at least 24 months experience performing hands-on patient care in the outpatient setting within the last 24 months.
