TeamHealth is seeking a full-time certified nurse midwife (CNM) to join our team at Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster, California. The facility is located north of L.A. � with easy access to the coast or the mountains for outdoor adventure! As a CNM, you will see patients in clinic, in the obstetric emergency department (OBED), manage and deliver low risk obstetric patients, assist on cesarean sections and help with post-partum rounds. This position features 12-hour in-house night shifts and 24-hour in-house weekend shifts with a TeamHealth OB/GYN hospitalist physician. Ideal candidates are AMCB certified with at least one year of active practice. Qualifications also include a current or in-process California license to practice. Other requirements include ability to partner with nursing and support in-house call coverage for community providers.
