Overland Park Regional Medical Center is assisting with the search for a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a large, well-established OB/GYN practice. We are seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife that is interested in offering state-of-the-art obstetrical and gynecological care in a patient-centered, provider-friendly, and outcomes-focused practice.
The ideal candidate will be willing to work independently, but also be a team player. Experience with IUDs and contraceptive implants is preferred. This opportunity features a good balance of gynecological, including well woman and uncomplicated GYN, and obstetric patient care.
The incoming candidate will be joining a comprehensive OBGYN practice and a reputable Midwifery program at OPRMC that features a full array of women's health services. This practice opportunity features a strong referral base, stability of an employed practice and a great, collaborative group of physicians and nurse midwives. The incoming candidate would be joining an established group of four CNMs and 6 collaborating OB/GYNs with three office locations in Olathe, Lansing and Kansas City, Kansas. This is a full scope Midwifery practice including: pre-conception, antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care, along with contraceptive, well-woman, minor GYN procedures and menopausal care. The position also features first assist for cesarean sections and the opportunity for precepting future midwives!
