In this role, the Provider shall provide clinical and professional medical services to Patients within the scope of Provider’s qualifications and consistent with accepted standards of medical practice and consistent with the reasonable productivity standards adopted from time to time by MMGA. This provider will also perform clinical functions as part of the Acute Pain Service (APS). The Provider shall provide general patient care at the site by performance of accepted procedures and commonly-used therapies, and provision of appropriate support services. The Provider’s duties shall include, but not be limited to, keeping and maintaining (or causing to be kept and maintained) appropriate records relating to all professional services rendered by Provider under this Agreement and preparing and attending to, in connection with such services, all reports, claims and correspondence necessary and appropriate in the circumstances.
