Role Overview- Schedule: 1 day a week within Monday through Friday
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
- Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Requirements- Hold a valid full PMHNP license
- Local to Media area
- Active PA license
- Active DEA preferred but not required
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required
CompensationCompensation is fee for service (FFS). Compensation is estimated salary range of $21,000 to $25,700 with no cap on productivity income potential.
