Role Overview
- Schedule: 2 days a week, Monday to Friday
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
- Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Requirements- Hold a valid full PMHNP license
- Active KY license
- Active DEA preferred
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required
CompensationCompensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $53,553 - $66,664 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
