What You�ll Do- Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health support for residents across eight skilled nursing facilities
- Collaborate with facility teams to create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver consistent follow-up care that improves emotional and psychological well-being
What We�re Looking For- Active Washington PMHNP or Psych PA license with independent practice and billing capability
- Current Washington DEA registration
- Excellent clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
