TeamHealth is seeking an emergency medicine advanced practice clinician leader to join our team at Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. Candidates must have 3+ years of emergency medicine experience and previous leadership experience. Prior experience with HCA is preferred but not required. In addition to working full time clinical hours, the duties include: participation in departmental QA projects, scheduling all advanced practice clinicians (APC), promoting TeamHealth Mission and Values, orientation and on-boarding of new clinicians, completion of annual evaluations, managing disciplinary and termination procedures as necessary, and monthly metric reporting.
