Job Description

Seeking a per diem Skilled Nursing Facility nurse practitioner to join an excellent post-acute and long-term care team in Anchorage, Alaska. The provider team currently includes two full-time nurse practitioners, who are wound-care certified, a Geriatrician and periodic participation of Family Medicine residents. The team cares for 96 long-term care residents and covers a 50-bed post-acute Transitional Care Center. Provide compassionate care and experience all that Alaska has to offer from the welcoming community of Anchorage.

  • Wound Care experience is critical
  • Training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine ideal
  • 1 year of experience required
