Lutheran Health Network is seeking a board certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our growing provider network.  Opportunity is in Auburn, IN at the new Lutheran Health Physicians clinic just off the highway. 

• Brand new Family Medicine clinic
• Labs and Imaging on site
• Work alongside Dr. Scott Armstrong and two other midlevel providers
• Extremely busy practice – large patient waiting list
• Provider will see Dr. Armstrong’s patients, acute visits, and be able to build your own patient panel
