Float Advanced Practice Provider- CDMG Primary Care

Cooley Dickinson Medical Group is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care services in Western Massachusetts. This is a per diem float role that will work across our primary care/family medicine locations in Northampton, Amherst, Hadley and South Deerfield.

Our ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience practicing primary care in an outpatient setting and will be licensed in Massachusetts. Incumbent should be comfortable working autonomously in a faced paced environment.

This is a great opportunity to join a thriving medical group that is growing. Office locations include the college communities of South Deerfield, Amherst, Hadley, and Northampton with a patient mix that is 60-70% commercially insured. Practice staff includes dedicated medical assistants, on-site phlebotomist, LPN triage support, and clinical supervisor. Our Massachusetts General Hospital affiliation draws a degree of specialty depth and breadth unusual for a community hospital in this region.
