Job Description

Are you an advanced practice clinician looking to providing safe and high quality patient care in a post-acute care practice in Albany and Utica? If so, TeamHealth has the opportunity for you!

We are seeking a full-time nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to join our team. Clinicians will see an average of 15 patients per day while working closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions. EMR used is gEHRimed.

Qualifications:

Recent graduate candidates welcome to apply; cross training available for the right candidates
Willing to train experienced candidates as well
Experienced candidates have the ability to make more money only because of their previous experience allows them to see more patients and gain more patients from prior experience in a post-acute care setting

Competitive compensation, with an estimated salary range of $110,000/annually to $120,000/annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.
