Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician associate to join the family medicine practice at PMG Cedar Mill.
The small clinic environment lends itself to a well-integrated primary care team including four family medicine physicians, an advanced practice provider, behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, in addition to the exceptional clinical support staff. Located just off Highway 26 and a few miles from Providence St Vincent Medical Center, this is a great location in the West side suburbs of Portland, Oregon.
- Full-time, 1.0 FTE
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours, 4 to 5 days per week schedule
- Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management)
- 2-years of post-graduate professional experience in a primary care setting required
