Providence Medical Groups is seeking an experienced Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the collaborative team of providers and caregivers at West Olympia Family Medicine. The provider will have the opportunity to see same-day patients for Primary Care. Work in an expanding medical home modeled clinic that offers embedded services such as immediate care, behavioral health, physical therapy, a pharmacist, and a dietitian.
