A Florida medical facility seeks a general surgery nurse practitioner to assist with temporary coverage. They are offering a flexible schedule. Candidates must be surgical first assist with trauma experience. You will see an average of three cases per day initially. Patients that are under 15 years of age are stabilized and sent to trauma. There will be multiple trauma surgeons on daily. The cases seen are blunt and penetrating trauma. You will do rounds, admissions, discharges, and assessment/orders.
