Job Description

Join Kadlec as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant with the Colorectal Surgery team at their clinic in Richland, Washington. This is an outstanding growth opportunity as this team is committed to supporting and training a candidate to succeed in this specialty. This includes providing you with experience and expert guidance as a first assistant in simple and complex abdominal and pelvic surgeries. This position is a great chance to provide meaningful digestive health care to a diverse patient population while living right next to the gorgeous Columbia River in Washington.

  • Full-time position
  • 1:3 call
  • Dynamic work environment including surgical procedures, clinic work, and hospital rounds
  • Growing team of professionals focused on colorectal health
  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
  • CME Days and dollars, relocation assistance
  • Experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Compensation is between $127,018 and $162,448 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
