In This Role, You Will...- Provide comprehensive care for adult hospitalized patients
- Perform admissions, daily evaluations, and follow-up assessments
- Develop treatment plans and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, specialists, and case management teams
- Assist with care coordination and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team
Qualified Candidates Will Have...- Current Florida NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- National board certification as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
- Previous clinician inpatient experience in hospital medicine, internal medicine, critical care, or emergency medicine
- Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
- Ability to thrive in a team-based environment while practicing independently
