Practice EnvironmentThis established hospital medicine program at Del Sol Medical Center is based within a 379-bed facility featuring a strong, team-oriented culture and robust clinical resources.
Clinical Support and Resources- Daily census: approximately 125 patients
- Average HM encounters: 17-20 per clinician, supported by residents
- Average night admissions: 8-10 per clinician (maximum volume and uncommon), with resident assistance
- Closed 22-bed ICU staffed by dedicated intensivists
- Full specialty support available across all service lines
- EMR: Meditech
- Respond to and assist with codes involving your patients
