Role Overview- Location: Albany, NY
- Full-time 5 day/week schedule
- Post-Acute care inpatient setting
- On-call during the day M-F
What You'll Do- Deliver comprehensive primary care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized care plans
- Integrate and work closely with the IDT
- Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth Physician
What we are Looking for- Experienced clinicians
- FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
- Active New York NP/PA license
- Active DEA
CompensationUncapped earning potential: our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $130,760 to $154,911 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
