Role Overview- Location: Albany, New York
- Full-time 5 day/week schedule
- Post-Acute care inpatient setting
- On-call during the day Monday through Friday
What You'll Do- Deliver comprehensive primary care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized care plans
- Integrate and work closely with the IDT
- Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth physician
Who We Are Looking For- Experienced clinicians
- FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
- Active New York NP/PA license
- Active DEA
CompensationCompensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $160,984 to $191,181 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
