Seeking a full-time Pediatric Hospice nurse practitioner to join a high-functioning, interdisciplinary team in Torrance, California. Providence Trinity Kids Care Hospice provides a full range of hospice care and compassionate support to patients and their families throughout Southern California. The Pediatric Hospice nurse practitioner will function independently as an advanced nursing professional and will have the responsibility to coordinate and assess care needs, create and modify the plan of care and make appropriate referrals for patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
