Job Description

Seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE), board-certified Palliative Care nurse practitioner to join a dynamic and growing interdisciplinary consultative team that is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to patients experiencing life-changing diagnosis. • Inpatient acute care consultative service only

• Shift-based schedule with flexible schedule, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• No call requirements

• Have a hand in developing the program and make your mark

• Work with reliable physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers and chaplains who make up the inter-disciplinary team

• One to three years of inpatient experience is preferred, however, fellowship training may substitute for experience requirements
