Seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for Innovative Level II NICU Practice in Garden City, KS! Relocation not required; travel paid!

Envision Physician Services is seeking a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team to provide onsite and telehealth Neonatology services at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, KS. You will be part of a larger care team within the state of CO and KS where quality improvement and evidence-based practice are at the forefront. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced NNP to help in the overall development of NICU care in the Garden City community!

Opportunity Details:

• Staffing Model: 5 Neonatologists, 3 APPs
  • 3 APPs covering St. Catherine
  • Opportunities to rotate to our CO units for increased acuity if desired
• Schedule:
  • 10 shifts/month
  • Tele-rounds with a Neonatologist (based out of Level III St. Francis Medical Center)
  • Call from home (**Low volume/acuity service - 640 deliveries annually)
• Coverage includes:
  • Attendance at high-risk deliveries
  • Care of some newborns
• Level II NICU (7-beds; ADC: 2)
• Tele-rounding with the Neonatology team in Colorado Springs, CO

Qualifications:

• Be independent, with autonomous work ethic and clinical decision-making skills
• Strong NICU experience and skill set with preferred 2+ years experience
• Willing to contribute to and work well with strong team environment
• Team player with a family-focused attitude
