Job Description

TeamHealth is seeking a motivated and experienced nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to assume a lead clinical role in the management of complex patients within our skilled nursing facility (SNF) partners in Edison, New Jersey. Role Responsibilities
As a primary care advanced practice clinician (APC), you will be responsible for:
  • Performing comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations
  • Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Prescribing pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies
  • Providing thorough comprehensive primary care services and promoting improved well-being for all patients
  • Effectively communicating treatment plans and prognoses to patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $140k to $167k annually with no cap on productivity income potential. Comprehensive benefits package is included.
