Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a newly established practice at Providence Health Center - Reed’s Crossing located in Hillsboro, Oregon. You’ll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacists, case management, and an outstanding support team. This is an exciting opportunity to join Providence Medical Group’s strong, mission-driven team at its newest Urgent Care clinic in the beautiful community of Hillsboro, Oregon.

• Full-time at 1.0 FTE
• 3, 12-hour shifts per week

Providence Health Center - Reed's Crossing is a 118,000 square foot clinic and wellness center in Hillsboro, Oregon, that features Primary Care, Women’s Health, Dermatology, Urgent Care, Imaging and Physical Therapy services.
